Construction technology

Primer – Base Coat – Aggregate – Top Coat (For motorways).
Primer – Scraping Coat (Coating + Aggregate) – Embossing (For bike and pedestrian lanes).
Primer – Top Coat (Scraping) – Embossing (For bike lanes) – Colored pavement.
Arrival: Arrive on site timely or early as required.
Safety Setup: Use traffic signs, cones, and barriers to secure the area. Traffic controllers ensure safety.
Surface Cleaning: Thoroughly clean the road with grinders and brushes, then apply primer once dry.
Taping & Mixing: Apply tape according to guidelines; mix coating with curing agent.
Base Coat: Apply mixed coating evenly with scraping tools.
Aggregate Spread: Spread aggregate before base coat dries.
Top Coat: After curing, apply top coat evenly with rollers or rakes.
Final Check & Cleanup: Measure, repair as needed, check dimensions, and remove protective measures. Open to traffic.
