Plural-component spray systems
Rapid application, controlled film build and a continuous protective membrane
MPU SP200, SP300 and SP600 are 100% solids, fast-setting spray polyurea systems for projects where application speed and controlled construction quality matter. A trained crew uses compatible heated plural-component equipment to condition, proportion and impingement-mix the two components at the spray gun before applying controlled overlapping passes.
Project note: final selection, primer, thickness, equipment settings and topcoat depend on the approved TDS, substrate, exposure and site conditions.
Product selection
Three spray polyurea models, selected by exposure and performance
Start with the substrate, service exposure, detail geometry and required handover window. MPU’s technical team will confirm the appropriate model and complete system build.
SP200
High-flexibility aromatic waterproofing route
- Shore A 92 and tensile strength 17 N/mm²
- Elongation 460% for flexible protective membrane builds
- 100% solids with a 1:1 component ratio by volume

SP300
Higher-strength flexible waterproofing route
- Shore A 93 and tensile strength 21 N/mm²
- Elongation 400% for flexible protective membrane builds
- Aromatic system with UV stabilizer incorporated in Part A
- 100% solids with a 1:1 component ratio by volume
SP600
Aliphatic, UV-stable exposed-service route
- Shore D 60 and tensile strength 25 N/mm²
- Elongation 40% with a harder, wear-resistant finish
- Aliphatic chemistry for evaluated UV-exposed applications
- 100% solids with a 1:1 component ratio by volume

High-output application
Purpose-built plural-component equipment supports continuous spray passes and efficient coverage. Actual output depends on the selected material, equipment and site conditions.
Seamless coverage
Controlled overlapping passes create a continuous membrane without sheet joints, including transitions and prepared detail zones.
Complex geometry
Spray application can follow prepared vertical surfaces, corners, upstands and irregular shapes that are difficult to cover with sheet materials.
Repeatable quality controls
Temperature, pressure, ratio, spray pattern and film build can be checked as part of a documented application procedure.
Application sequence
From prepared substrate to inspected membrane
Spray polyurea is a specialist application. The product and the equipment only perform as a system when preparation, conditioning, spraying and inspection are controlled together.

Assess and prepare
Confirm substrate strength, cleanliness, dryness, profile, cracks, joints and compatible repair materials before priming.

Condition and proportion
Condition both components and set the approved temperature, pressure and ratio window on compatible plural-component equipment.

Impingement mix and spray
The two streams meet at the spray gun and are applied in controlled overlapping passes at the specified distance and angle.

Inspect and document
Check coverage, details, film build and visible defects; complete any project-specific adhesion, holiday or acceptance testing.
